ReplyDeleteMy name is Charlotte and I am from the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey team!
It is so awesome to see you having a go at this activity! So, Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the Prime Minister of India? Why is he your hero? He sounds very powerful!
And you don’t celebrate Christmas? Are there any other special holidays you celebrate towards the end of the year?
Just a reminder- this activity was a vector art task. To get the points, you would have to recreate this image of Atal Bihari Vajpayee using google vector art. Here is the link to the blog post: https://summerlearningjourney.blogspot.com/2021/12/vector-art.html .
Create the vector art image and you’d get the points for completing an SLJ activity! You’re almost there!
Ngā mihi nui,
Charlotte :)
Yes I do celebrate Indian new year and the english new year and diwali and the reason why Atal Bihari Vajpayee is my hero is he made India a nuclear power yes it did do sanctions with western country's but India was able to be selfsucficuent enough to survive by it's self and now it is allies with western country's (Usa, Nato, Japan, Australia) and it is anyway sfe from a invasion and stability it is also the largest democracy it has the 4 largest military, has around 250 nukes and has the 2nd largest population in the world.

DeleteWow, what fun holidays you celebrate! What differences are there between the Indian New Year, and the English New Year? I’d love to know!
My goodness, India is a very powerful country isn’t it! Nuclear power is very strong. That’s why some Western countries would put in place some sanctions. Do you know the dangers of nuclear weapons?
It is amazing that India is self-sufficient! For such a largely populated country, that is very important. Do you think there are high chances of India being invaded?
Remember to complete the vector art to complete the points!
Ngā mihi nui,
Charlotte :)

DeleteYou’re right, those are the countries that have nuclear weapons. Do you know what kind of government North Korea has? How is that government different from the one we have in New Zealand, do you know?
Ngā mihi nui,

fare point that you don't celebrate Christmas so it's a good idea to present this blog post the way you have.
